After School Care Program
Ottawa Christian School is pleased to offer an After School Care program designed to provide a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered environment for students at the end of the school day. Our program focuses on a balance of outdoor play, creative activities, and academic support.
Program Overview
Our program runs daily from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm. To ensure a consistent environment for the children and stable staffing, we require a minimum commitment of two days per week.
Daily Schedule:

| 3:25pm | Second bell rings; students gather in the Kindergarten yard. |
| 3:30pm – 4:15pm | Outdoor play (weather permitting). |
| 4:15pm | Students transition indoors for snack time. |
| 4:15pm-5:15pm | Indoor activities, including arts and crafts, games, puzzles, gym time, and homework help. |
| 5:15pm-5:30pm | Tidy up and preparation for pick-up. |
Fees & Billing
Fees are calculated based on the number of children per family. Payments are processed at the end of each month and will be added to your Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) account. A monthly invoice will be provided for your records.

Pick-Up Policy
To ensure the safety of our students and respect the schedules of our staff, we ask that parents adhere to the following pick-up procedures:

Sign-Out: Parents are required to park and enter the school building to pick up their children. A signature is required at the time of pick-up.

Closing Time: Our program closes promptly at 5:30 pm. If you arrive at 5:30 pm, your child(ren) will be dressed and ready to depart. We ask that all parents be mindful and respectful of this closing time.
