Admissions Process
CONTACT ADMISSIONS
Please fill out the Contact Admissions form below. Once we receive this inquiry we will send you an information package highlighting our Constitution and our Christian values. Also, if you are interested in a tour, we would be happy to schedule one for you!
TOUR
We want to get to know you and why you are interested in sending your child(ren) to OCS. We also want you to get a sense of who we are. The best way to do this is to have an in-person tour. We offer tours in late August – early June.
WAIT POOL APPLICATION
After you have had a tour, you are welcome to fill out the wait pool application. Wait Pool applicants have priority when spots become available. We review the wait pool in December and March.
PRINCIPAL INTERVIEW
If there is a possible spot available for your family, we will invite parents for a Principal Interview.
INVITATION TO REGISTER
Once we have reviewed the Wait Pool Application and the Principal Interview, we will contact families to invite them to register.
STUDENT INTERVIEW
For us to ensure we can meet your child’s educational, social, and emotional needs we require every student to have a student interview including a brief academic screening. If there are any questions or concerns, we will work with parents to find the best path forward.
