Ottawa Christian School Rental Rates Effective January 1, 2010
Fees for rental of OCS building facilities
- Gymnasium $50 per hour $350 per day
- Kitchen $35 per hour $245 per day
- Classrooms (available summer 2011)
Fees for rental of OCS playing fields (available May 2011)
- Soccer Field (Junior) $15 per hour $105 per day
- Soccer Field (Full) $30 per hour $210 per day
- Baseball Diamond $25 per hour $175 per day
Deposits and other charges
- Damage deposit: $350
- Key deposit: $100
- Opening/closing of building: $40 each
- Janitorial fee as required: $40/hour
Notes
- The minimum rental time is 2 hours
- A day is defined as 8 consecutive hours
- Classrooms will be available for rental summer 2011
- Occasional renters are approved by the school office
- Regular renters are approved by the Board
- Any exceptions to this rental policy needs Board approval
