Curriculum

The educational program at Ottawa Christian School is centered on God, the Creator and Redeemer, who meaningfully structured the world and therefore all that He has made is worthy of study. In our studies the students explore and discover the wonderful works of God and respond in awe and loving service to Him. Content is to present the Truth and to develop knowledge, skills and attitudes that will be necessary for Christian service.

Every four years each program is reviewed by the staff. New programs are examined and reviewed by the Program Committee. The curriculum is augmented or replaced as necessary for more effective learning.

All curriculum meets or exceeds the requirements of the Ontario Ministry of Education.

Starting Sept 2009, we will be starting the Intensive French program at the grade 6 level.  See Intensive French for more info.  For the rest of the grades , core French is provided.
