Step 1 Contact the school for an information package. An information package will be sent by mail or pick up a package in person at 255 Tartan Drive. During July and August, please call 613-825-3000 x105 prior to stopping by, to ensure the Principal or Advancement Coordinator are available.
Step 2 Schedule a visit with the Principal or Advancement Coordinator. In this visit you will be given an introduction to the school and have many of your questions answered. The Principal will review the registration package and invite parents to become members of the Ottawa Christian School Association. The visit usually ends with a tour of the school.
Step 3 Complete the application forms for registration and include a cheque in the amount of your first month’s tuition, postdated checks for the remainder of the tuition or a completed Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) form. Have a copy of your child’s report cards and any other reports or forms that may be applicable.
Step 4 For children in grade 1 or higher a placement test will be scheduled to ensure your children are prepared for the class they will be entering.
Step 5 Parents receive an enrollment confirmation from the Principal.
Step 6 Parents attend a new parent orientation session in mid August or early in September.
