To enroll your child as a student at Ottawa Christian School simply contact the school at (613) 722-5836 or info@ocschool.org.
Step 1 Contact the school for an information package. An information package will be sent by mail or pick up a package in person at 2191 Benjamin Ave.
Step 2 Schedule a visit with the Principal. In this visit you will be given an introduction to the school and have many of your questions answered. The principal will review the enrollment package and invite parents to become members of the Ottawa Christian School Association. The visit usually ends with a tour of the school.
Step 3 Complete the application forms for enrollment and include a cheque in the amount of your first month’s tuition, postdated checks for the remainder of the tuition or a completed pre-authorized payment form. Have a copy of your child’s report cards and any other reports or forms that may be applicable.
Step 4 For children in grade 1 or higher a placement test will be scheduled to ensure your children are prepared for the class they will be entering.
Step 5 Parents receive an enrollment confirmation from the Principal.
Step 6 Parents attend a new parent orientation session in mid August or early in September.
